Custom fit in 4 steps

1. Place the guard in hot water at around 75°C for about one minute.
2. Remove carefully, place in your mouth, bite gently and press the outer edges for around 30 seconds.
3. Place the guard in cold water for around one minute to help set the shape.
4. Trim or re-mould if needed for a more comfortable fit.
