How long before I notice a difference?
Most customers feel It on night one — the weight settles your evening rhythm within 90 seconds, and the seal blocks light immediately. Mouth tape takes 2–3 nights as your body remembers how to nasal-breathe through the night. Sustained difference shows by night 7.
Is the mouth tape safe to use every night?
Yes — for healthy adults who can comfortably breathe through their nose during the day. Lip-shaped tape uses hypoallergenic skin-friendly adhesive with a small ventilated centre. If you cannot nose-breathe during the day, please see your GP first. Not for children or anyone with severe nasal congestion.
Are your products TGA-registered?
Our masks and mouth tape are wellness products, not medical products, so TGA registration does not apply. We do not make medical claims. Material specs and sourcing partners are published on each product page — happy to send the documentation directly if you ask.
Can I use Dreamery if I am on HRT or perimenopause medication?
Yes. Our masks and mouth tape contain no actives, no fragrances, no medication — just fabric and tape. They do not interact with HRT, antidepressants, sleep medication, or any prescription drug. If you have a specific concern, your prescriber will know best.
What is the mask made from?
Plush Sleeping Beauty: soft double-layer fleece (face side) with glass microbead fill across four sealed pods. Silk Sleeping Beauty: 6A-grade mulberry silk (face side) with the same weighted pod construction. Both have a hypoallergenic strap with no latex against the skin.
What are your shipping times within Australia?
All orders dispatch from our AU fulfilment partner within 1 business day. AU metro typically arrives in 2–4 business days · regional 4–7 days · express 1–3 days where available. You receive tracking the moment It leaves us.
How does the Clear guarantees work?
Masks have a 60-night return window. Mouth tape has a 60-day first-box money-back guarantee. Email us and we refund every cent — no return shipping required. We do not ask why.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we only ship within Australia. International shipping is on the roadmap but we want to get the AU experience right first. Sign up to the email list to hear when we open NZ and beyond.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
Email a photo to hello@dreamery.com.au within 14 days of the tracking delivered date and we will replace It at no charge. We carry the risk on every parcel.
Are you really Australian-owned?
Yes. Dreamery is independently owned and based in Adelaide, South Australia. Customer support, content, and product decisions happen here. We are not a re-skinned overseas store and we are not investor-owned.
Where are your products made?
Dreamery is Australian Owned & Designed. Our current products are manufactured in China by partner factories selected for material quality, stitching consistency, and comfort-first finishing. We do not describe them as manufactured in Australia.
