WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
SHIPPING RATES
Free Standard Shipping: Free Shipping before 30/06/2026.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Shipping: 10 business days Express Shipping: 4 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase. Delivery to regional and remote areas of Australia may take longer than the above estimates.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au or via the Australia Post app.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at admin@dreamery.com.au.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
If you require specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave at door, deliver to neighbour), please add these in the notes section at checkout. We will do our best to pass these on to Australia Post, however we cannot guarantee these instructions will be followed by the carrier.
If no one is available to receive the parcel, Australia Post may leave a collection card and take the parcel to your nearest post office for collection.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Dreamery is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at admin@dreamery.com.au. We will do our best to update your address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
Dreamery takes great care in packaging your order. Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. However, if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at admin@dreamery.com.au and we will work with you to resolve the matter in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We do not dispatch orders on Australian public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed on the next available business day. South Australian public holidays may also affect dispatch times.
