Where is my order?
Dispatch is same-day from Australia for orders placed before 2pm AEST. Standard shipping is 2-5 business days to metro, longer for remote postcodes. Tracking link emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.
How do returns work?
Masks have a 60-night return window. Mouth tape has a 60-day first-box money-back guarantee. Email hello@dreamery.com.au with your order number and we will help with the next step. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after approval.
Can I change my order?
Email within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best if it hasn't shipped. Once shipped, we can help you return it once it arrives.
