How to use
Frequently asked questions
How often should I use it?
Three to four times a week is recommended for best results. Each session runs for ten minutes and shuts off on its own. You'll see a fresher look immediately, with visible improvements after two to four weeks of consistent use.
What does the EMS feel like?
A gentle pulsing or tingling sensation. There are three intensity levels — start on the lowest (green) and build up as it suits you.
Can I use it with my skincare?
Yes. Apply your eye cream or serum first — the device is designed to enhance skincare absorption, so your existing products work harder. Always use it over the hydrogel gel pads on clean, dry skin.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It's suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin — simply start on the lowest setting. If you have a specific skin or eye concern, check with your GP or dermatologist before use.
How long do the gel pads last?
Each pair of hydrogel pads can be reused for three to five sessions. Five pairs are included to get you started — replace them when the adhesion starts to fade.

Dreamery currently ships within Australia only. Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Free AU delivery until 30 June. Standard delivery is estimated at 10 business days and express delivery at 4 business days from dispatch; tracking is sent by email after dispatch.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by Dreamery's policy. For faulty, damaged, incorrect, or ACL-covered items, Dreamery covers return shipping.
