Welcome to the Dreamery Journal

Sleep is the only anti-ageing serum no one sells you.

We started Dreamery because the women we know — our mums, our sisters, our friends — were spending $400 a year on eye cream and still waking up puffy, gritty-eyed, and strangely old. The problem was never their skincare. The problem was that they had not slept properly in two years.

What Dreamery exists for

Perimenopause wrecks sleep. stress response spikes at 3am. Hot flushes drench the sheets. Partners snore. The result shows on your face within months — not as "tiredness" but as measurable skin ageing.

We make three tools: a Plush weighted eye mask for the 3am-club waker, a Silk weighted mask for hot-flush sleepers, and a mouth tape that stops mouth-breathing from drying your skin overnight. That is it. No serum line. No pillow spray. No gummies.

What you will find in the Journal

  • Evidence, not wellness-woo. If we quote a sleep-beauty claim, we cite it. Case Western School of Medicine. Karolinska Institute. BMJ. Jean Hailes for Women’s Health.
  • Voice-of-customer language. You will read “the 3am club,” “stress response party,” “bags I could pack for a trip.” That is how Australian peri women actually talk. We are not going to pretend otherwise.
  • Real stories from real Australian women. No stock photos. No invented testimonials. If a number appears on this site, it is a number we can back with receipts.

What we will never do

  • Claim a product fixes persistent sleep disruption. (It is illegal in Australia and wrong on the science.)
  • Invent review counts. (ACCC fines are $50M per breach. More importantly, it is dishonest.)
  • Use fake strikethrough pricing.
  • Write a blog post that sounds like Gwyneth Paltrow wrote it.

Who we serve

If you are an Australian woman aged 40 to 60 who is losing sleep to perimenopause, hot flushes, racing thoughts at 3am, or a partner who snores — and you are starting to see it show up on your face — we built this for you.

Welcome. Sleep is your first beauty investment. Everything else is optional.
